  • "Awesome. I took the glacier cruise with my niece for a special occasion, memories were made. Captain John, the Tundra, the day, the glacier, the whales, everything was exceptional. I highly recommend this trip."

  • Loved this adventure just 45 minutes from Anchorage! Comfortable, good food, great company, AND amazing scenery! Can't wait for the next trip!!

  • I've spent 35 years operating commercial fishing vessels and was impressed with the Tundra, a perfect boat for Prince William Sound during the winter hunting season. It is warm, fast, safe, comfortable and spacious enough to not feel confined during the long nights of winter. With the competent, courteous Captain John and crew it is a PWS hunting experience second to none.

  • My wife and I went on a 4 day hunting trip to Green Island with Tundra Adventure Charters. The scenery along the way was spectacular and our overnight stays in secluded bays were unforgettable. (especially with the northern lights appearing one night). The Tundra is a spacious, warm, and well kept boat. The food was delicious and the crew looked after us well. Having the experience of running our own adventure company (Madventure Overland Tours) we know that providing good service is essential and can honestly say that Captain John made sure our trip was well organized, always enjoyable, very comfortable, and not to mention a great value for the money!

  • Our 5-day winter deer hunting trip to the southern edge of Prince William Sound was fun and comfortable. Lots of space to be social or solo. Captain John's narratives provided background for future trips to other places. On the day trip to Blackstone Bay we anchored in front of the glacier. Our paddle board and kayak flotilla cruised around the icebergs. There was much laughter, merriment and picture-taking. Looking forward to another trip.

  • An overnight on The Tundra was a perfect way to decompress after a 5-day backpacking trip on the glaciers of Wrangell St Elias National Park. We headed out of Whittier to Blackstone Bay for two days of kayaking and fishing. The Tundra was fully outfitted with everything we needed (and more!). Captain John knows the waters and was willing to involve and educate us in the navigation of The Tundra through Prince William Sound. The scenery is of course spectacular. Getting there on The Tundra was really fun and relaxed and we hope to be back on another Tundra Adventure Charter trip soon!
