Upon arriving at Blackstone and Beloit Glaciers you will be treated to jaw dropping views tidewater glaciers, majestic waterfalls, and enjoy a gourmet lunch while watching the birds & sea life abound. You will have a front row view of glaciers calving and even be able to scoop up an iceberg or two.
Your guide will give a safety briefing and lead you on a spectacular kayak / Paddle Board tour through the tidewater glaciers. Watch for glaciers calving and enjoy the immense waterfalls cascading into the ocean. Be on the lookout for seals, sea otters, sea lions, puffins, oyster catchers, and many other birds. This trip includes an overnight stay in the protected Harriman Fjord. Five magnificent glaciers flow into this breathtaking fjord with mountains rising up to 10,000 feet. Look carefully and you might see harbor seals and their young hitchhiking a ride atop icebergs, sea lions, orcas and whales. Scan the cliffs surrounding these fjords for dramatic waterfalls, bald eagles, puffins, dall sheep, mountain goats, and if you are lucky you may even spot a bear fishing onshore.
